Parent Injury Release & Indemnity Agreement
I give permission for my child to participate in the Big Cat Training Speed Camp. I understand the risks involved in physical activities and release Big Cat Training and its staff from any liability for injuries sustained during the camp. I agree to inform the staff of any medical conditions affecting my child's participation and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. Furthermore, I certify that within the past year, my child has had a physical examination and that they are physically able to participate in sprinting activities.

Agreement
I grant permission for my child, to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded during the Big Cat Training Speed Camp. I understand that these media recordings may be used by Big Cat Training for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok), and marketing materials. I release all rights to these recordings and authorize Big Cat Training to use them without further consent.
